Home Interior Renovation On Spruce Hill Road
There is no end to the design possibilities and finishing touches for our Ontario home renovations. We restored the original features of this three-storey home on Spruce Hill Road, added modern twists, embraced the sleek simplicity of mid-century design, and completely remodelled the interior to maximize each room’s potential.
The job called for all new French oak floors, period coffered ceilings, plaster mouldings, and new tailored millwork. The colour palette is black and ivory.

Stair And Hallway Renovation
Our team changed the main floor to match the treads on both the stairs and the second and third floors, so the rooms look like they’re floating in the air when you enter them. We also installed a new staircase railing from the basement to the second and third floors.
Washroom Extension
To create additional space, we transformed a small seating area on the third-floor landing into an extension of the washroom and added a new wall. Now there is a new vanity and space big enough for a shower, alongside newly painted walls, ceiling, and tile floor.
Master Bedroom Millwork
In addition to the hallway and washroom remodel, we renovated the master bedroom. We created a wall unit cabinet with a built-in chest of drawers, wardrobe, and space to mount a flat-screen TV.
To preserve the room’s ambiance, we will install the lights that were there before, add wall sconces on either side of the bed, and install a statement barn door to save space and create a seamless divide between the bedroom and main floor.
